The reason and employer would look for someone who works hard is because they give their best effort and get the job done which is a huge benefit if you need something done in a certain amount of time. The reason someone who listens well would be key attribute is because if you have someone who listens to the feedback or the directions you give them then they know what to do and how to do it the way you want it to be done. The reason communicating well would be something to look for is because you need someone who will be able to communicate with not only customers but other employees so they can ask questions to know how to do what needs to be done right.
